Martes 21-04-09: Simón Bolívar vs. Clear y Gomería Los Amigos vs. Casino Club.
Miércoles 22-04-09: Ford Clube vs. Casino Club y Clear vs. Solís de Pando.
Jueves 23-04-09: Semifinal 1 (1º Serie A vs. 2º Serie B) y Semifinal 2 (1º Serie B vs. 2º Serie A).
Viernes 24-04-09: Pdor. Semifinal 1 vs. Pdor. Semifinal 2 (por el tercer lugar) y Gdor. Semifinal 1 vs. Gdor. Semifinal 2 (por el título).
